Is there a store?
Yes! Ruitersport by Sas has a showroom and it is possible to pick up items by appointment. To make a pick-up appointment, you can contact us via info@ruitersportbysas or via Instagram DM.
Collection and payment

I would like to have my products sold by you, how does that work?
Great that you want to give us the confidence to sell your stuff. We will make an appointment for the intake. It is useful if you send the products including photos in advance by e-mail. We will then take the stuff in and get to work with the photos. We aim to upload the products within one week. Before you send a message, read the rules under the heading 'Sales'.

I gave you my products, but I would rather sell them myself.
It is not the intention that you take the items back after the intake within a period shorter than three months. We therefore ask for a compensation per product of E10,-. The compensation is for the time of the intake of the product, transport and storage, photography and placing on our sales channels.

What does 'condition' mean for a product?
At Ruitersport by Sas, each item is assigned a condition. This is what the titles mean: New: This item is new and unused, with or without tags As good as new: The item is indistinguishable from new Very good: Used a few times, still looks neat Good: Used a little more than 'very good', but does not look used Used: This item is in used condition but still perfectly usable Always look carefully at the photos and the price.

Yes! Contact us via info@ruitersportbysas.nl and we will try to answer your email as soon as possible.

I saw a saddle on your website, is it possible to have a saddle fitted?
It is possible to try on a saddle. The saddle must be paid for in full in advance and returned in the same condition within 24 hours of collection. Ruitersport by Sas is free to take the saddle back or not.

Can I return something to you?
We sell second-hand items. It is possible that an item does not meet your expectations. It is possible to return a purchase within fourteen days. Shipping costs are at your own expense. Products that are returned in a different condition than they were sold, will not be taken back. Ruitersport by Sas is free to accept or not take back returned items that are NOT in the same condition as they were sent by Ruitersport by Sas.

It takes a few days for the items we take in to reach our sales channels. If you are specifically looking for a product, please contact us at info@ruitersportbysas.nl and we will be happy to help you!

How can I order from you?
There are many different ways to order from us: •Email Email us at order@ruitersportbysas.nl and we will be happy to help you. Indicate in your email which products you are interested in. We have various payment and shipping/pick-up options. •Instagram On Instagram we are called: ruitersportbysas. Send us a message with the desired items. You can choose to transfer the money, pay via a tikkie / payment request or (cash) upon collection. Of course, you also send your address if it needs to be shipped. •Facebook We can be found under the name: Ruitersport by Sas. Send us a message on Facebook and then you can choose via Facebook to transfer the money, pay via a tikkie / payment request or (cash) upon collection. If you give us your address, we will make sure the product comes your way! •Webshop Put the product(s) in your shopping cart. You can easily pay via iDeal, bank transfer or make a pick-up appointment. Follow the steps on the screen.

Can I also pick up items?
Yes! That is certainly possible. You can choose the shipping method: pick up in store. Make a pick-up appointment via Facebook or email.
